The red and blue tubes are water supply to the sink in the kitchen. Similar tubes lead into the bath. The electrical cables for heaters and outlets are in place.

At the bottom of the picture the system for supporting the floating floor is visible. One can also see how the chord of truss separates the kitchen from the dining room.
